International Sauna Congress Giveaway

This giveaway is sponsored by the North American Sauna Society, in partnership with Finlandia Foundation National, the International Sauna Congress, and The Well (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate.

Entrants must possess a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on July 7, 2026 at 10am Pacific Time and ends on July 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter through the official giveaway page (this page.)

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address unless otherwise specified through bonus entry actions. Fraudulent or duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) ticket to the International Sauna Congress in Oslo, Norway

• One (1) two-night stay at The Well Nordic Spa & Wellness

Prize limitations:

• Airfare and transportation to Norway are NOT included

• Meals, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, and additional lodging are not included

• Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value

• Winner is solely responsible for arranging and funding all travel outside the listed prize inclusions

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random and notified within seven days of the giveaway closing date. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and provide a photo of a valid passport to confirm travel eligibility. Prior to the issuance of any prize, the winner will be required to sign an official waiver and contract acknowledging acceptance of the prize and its limitations. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, fails to provide valid passport documentation, declines to sign the required waiver and contract, or is otherwise unable to fulfill travel requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsors' discretion.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Sponsors to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy & Communications

By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their information for giveaway administration and agree that their email address may be shared with giveaway partners for relevant future communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway, travel, prize use, or related activities.
